GLP-1 Medications (Weight Loss & Diabetes Support)

9amHealth may support access to GLP-1 medications (commonly used for weight loss and diabetes management) as part of your personalized care plan.

Here's how it works:

A 9amHealth physician will evaluate your eligibility and, if appropriate, prescribe the medication
Prescriptions are coordinated through your pharmacy benefit
GLP-1 medications are available with a $100 monthly copay
Prescriptions are typically filled in 30-day supplies

Important to know: Access to GLP-1 medications depends on clinical eligibility and active participation in the 9amHealth program, including working with your Care Team and tracking progress.

Who Can Use 9amHealth?

9amHealth is available to:

Eligible Lochmueller employees
Dependents age 18+
Individuals with qualifying health conditions
Those enrolled in the company medical plan

What Does It Cost?

Your 9amHealth membership is provided at no additional cost. However, copays may apply for medications, labs, or devices depending on your health plan. And certain treatments (like GLP-1 medications) require clinical eligibility and program participation.
